We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff at reception and housekeeping were extremely polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay. The room was very spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a functional kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the top-level view from our room, which added to the overall experience. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including two pools and a great gym. The location was convenient, with a classy shopping center just a 5-minute walk away, and a grocery store nearby for stocking up our apartment. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.
The hotel did not provide us with the suite that we had initially booked, which was meant to have two bedrooms for four people. Instead, they split the suite into two single bedroom suites.
